What does working with a life coach feels like?

️ ️★★★★★

“It’s like magic ₊⟡ or a Jedi mind trick. 10/10 recommend”.

Get more elegantly captured than I could have written! This wonderful Google review came in yesterday.

My client fits my ideal client profile perfectly. Between 35-55, working towards an SLT position. Wanting some strategies and tools to help her shine even more brightly. And some tools to help minimise the impact of her ADHD.

What others say about us is far more relatable and powerful than self promotion. “Helping me tranform the way I saw myself”. This is what I’m all about.

Transforming how we see and FEEL about ourselves is at the core of self confidence. And therefore that sense of accomplishment that makes a day great - over average.

⭐️ When we believe in ourselves others tend to believe in us too. This may take time to build.

⭐️ There may be limiting beliefs underneath that take time to navigate through. But it’s so worth it.

⭐️ We feel confident to GO AFTER opportunities (that may have seemed scary before) when self belief begins inside us.

Operating at a high level - and feeling like we’re doing it in isolation can feel super hard. Especially when the workload is heavy.

Asking for help can feel daunting, especially if we’re asking for skills that maybe aren’t being modelled to us by our own bosses or peers. Or if we run our own businesses as I do.

Here’s a question to reflect on: Where are you today (a role, a move, an achievement) that you never would have dreamed possible five years ago?

If you’ve achieved your dream once, maybe it’s time to do it again. If this is your first time, or next time, I’d love to help you believe in yourself. And to make it happen with you.

Wishing you every success!

What does a life coach actually help with?

Life coaching helps you identify what may be holding you back and supports you to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.

Coaching can help with overthinking, self-doubt, perfectionism, confidence, career decisions, boundaries, relationships, motivation, and feeling stuck.

How do I know if life coaching is right for me?

If you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, unfulfilled, stuck in old patterns, or unsure what your next step is, coaching can help you gain clarity and momentum.

Many people come to coaching when they know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to start.

What results can I expect from coaching?

Every person’s journey is different, but clients often experience improved confidence, stronger boundaries, reduced overthinking, clearer goals, better communication, and greater self-belief.

Because the coaching process is highly practical and action-focused, clients often notice increased momentum, improved follow-through, reduced procrastination, and greater consistency in taking action toward the life or leadership goals they want.

Many people also report feeling calmer, more motivated, and more aligned with the life they truly want.

Do you provide accountability between sessions?

Yes. Accountability is one of the biggest reasons coaching creates lasting change. Many clients know what they want to do, but struggle with procrastination, overthinking, perfectionism, or self-doubt.

Coaching provides structure, support, encouragement, and practical accountability to help you follow through on the changes you want to make. Clients also receive personalised session summaries and action steps via email to help maintain focus and momentum between sessions.

What if I’ve already tried everything?

Many clients come to coaching after trying therapy or counselling or self help books/courses to work through challenges on their own. Sometimes what’s missing is objective support, accountability, new strategies, and someone who can help you see your blind spots more clearly.

Coaching is fundamentally future-focused and action-oriented. While we may explore past patterns and limiting beliefs, coaching is designed to help you create practical change moving forward.
