Life coaching is designed to help you identify where your challenges are, and the direction you’d like to take.
What would your future self want your life to be like? And what is stopping you from achieving that on your own?
What does Life Coaching look like?
Typically, Life coaching sessions help us overcome overthinking, procrastination, lack of confidence, perfectionism (pushing yourself too hard), being scared of what people think and failing. Especially failing publicly.
Then it’s about looking at potential solutions that resonate and feel right. Knowing that you will be encouraged and supported, and kept accountable every step of the process.
Coaching sessions are designed to help you identify what’s holding you back and implement strategies to get you into action so that you can feel more confident and successful.
It starts with an obligation-free call to see if we are a good fit and to find out if what I offer will meet your needs.
I have packages for hourly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions depending on your situation, challenges and budget.

Life Coaching Courses
Courses require a little more time commitment as there is (optional) prep work to do before each session. Sessions are also flexible and can be taken online or in person if you are local.
Each week there is online content to review and self investigative worksheets to complete before your weekly on hour session (online or in person)
Dreambuilder: Are you looking to create a vision for your future life? And help to build the skills to live a freer, fuller, more confident life? This 12 week course will help you manage limiting beliefs, find forgiveness for yourself and others, and help you manage your paradigms/thought patterns for better outcomes. It will also help you create a vision for the life you’d love
Working with the law: What are the laws of the universe, and how can you harness them? This 12 week course will help you find a more spiritual approach to enhancing your life. The law of attraction, reciprocity and karma are explained (plus 7 more) so that you can use them to your full advantage. If you’re needing more spirituality plus practical easy to implement solutions you’ll enjoy this.
Rising strong: Dealing with past trauma? This 4 week course is for people who have experienced trauma. This course is useful to remove any blocks to moving forwards that are deeply ingrained. People sometimes start here and move on to sessions or another course if they have felt very stuck for a long time.

Is Personal/Professional coaching expensive?
It is an investment in your future wellbeing and happiness, so if you are struggling or needing extra support or accountability (and have tried to fix things yourself already), then I’d say it’s a worthwhile investment.
I am too hard on myself, can coaching help me with this?
Absolutely! As a recovering perfectionist, I know how it feels to struggle with my inner critic. I can help you to find strategies to overcome perfectionism and also find empowering beliefs to improve your self esteem and confidence.
I struggle with anxiety, can coaching help me with this?
Yes, almost everyone I work with come to me with anxiety, perfectionism and self-doubt/self-sabotage. I help people to see what’s been holding them back and to create a life they love even more. The next step would be to work together to develop a manageable action plan towards achieving these goals.
