Life Coaching Wellington
Life coaching is designed to help you identify where your challenges are, and the direction you'd like to take.
What would your future self want your life to be like? And what is stopping you from achieving that on your own?
Who is Life Coaching for?
Anyone who wants to feel clearer, calmer and more confident! And 10% better than they were yesterday. Life coaching is for anyone who is deeply unsatisfied with an area of their life. Challenges may occur within our career, relationships with family, partner or ourselves, available time/money flow or our health.
We may be feeling stressed and stuck, unsure of our direction, or have tried another type of therapy/counselling. We may be leaning too heavily on friends or loved ones and need some extra help.
We are ready to explore life coaching if we want:
- A clear path to achieve results
- To work out what is getting in the way (generally ourselves)
- An action/accountability based relationship with a life coach.

Life coaching sessions help us overcome:

What does working with a life coach involve
Initially, talking about how life feels now, and what we want to change. Life coaching sessions are designed to help identify where our challenges are, and the direction we'd like to take.
To achieve this, Vicky is highly trained and experienced at asking the right questions, to help answer our own. To find the path - and where the resistance lies - so that we can work through it.
Typical questions at the start of a session might be
What would your future self want your life to be like?
And what is stopping you from achieving that on your own?

What happens in a session
We chat informally to establish key challenges and perhaps set some provisional goals around the MOST important thing that may need to change. Then we work on custom solutions that resonate and feel right for you.
At the end of a session an email summary*, containing agreed actions is sent to you, for clarity, support and accountability. My clients LOVE this!
*45 minute sessions do not include this so are priced accordingly.
Where do you work and do you offer in person and online sessions
Yes, I work in-person in Miramar or CBD with clients across the wider Wellington region, and throughout New Zealand and Internationally via online video or phone calls to suit preferences.
How much time does coaching take?
Ideally, we'd need to chat (free) to get a rough idea if one session or a block of sessions or more would suit your needs.
I offer 30, 45 and 60 minute life coaching sessions, depending on goals and how long we have worked together. We may start with a 60 minute weekly session and move to a 30 minute monthly accountability check in or refresh over time.
I have many long-term coaching relationships as goals evolve and change.
Do you have packages?
I have packages for hourly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions depending on your situation, challenges and budget.
You benefit from a loyalty bonus if you book a 5 session block (my most popular package).
Why should I work with you?
I am an experienced, double certified Leadership and Life Coach in my fifties. I've lived the corporate life, and brought up two teenagers as a single parent. I have experienced many of the challenges that I now help others resolve. I am a recovering perfectionist - and have learnt to come across confidently using strategies that I now teach. I care deeply about the results my clients experience and often work with them long-term.
My aim as a life coach is to ensure that everyone I work with feels encouraged, supported and has a tangible, achievable action plan to find their own version of clarity, direction and confidence.
Life Coaching Courses
Courses require a little more time commitment as there is (optional) prep work to do before each session. Sessions are also flexible and can be taken online throughout New Zealand or Internationally or in person if you are local.
Each week there is online content to review and self investigative worksheets to complete before your weekly on hour session (online or in person)
