What does a life coach actually help with?
Life coaching helps you identify what may be holding you back and supports you to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
Coaching can help with overthinking, self-doubt, perfectionism, confidence, career decisions, boundaries, relationships, motivation, and feeling stuck.
How do I know if life coaching is right for me?

Do you provide accountability between sessions?

Coaching provides structure, support, encouragement, and practical accountability to help you follow through on the changes you want to make. Clients also receive personalised session summaries and action steps via email to help maintain focus and momentum between sessions.
What if I’ve already tried everything?
Many clients come to coaching after trying therapy or counselling or self help books/courses to work through challenges on their own. Sometimes what’s missing is objective support, accountability, new strategies, and someone who can help you see your blind spots more clearly.

The free 30 minute introductory session can often help initially clarify some directions to explore during further coaching.

Yes. Overthinking is one of the most common challenges clients bring to coaching. Together we work on identifying thought patterns, reducing self-doubt, building self-trust, and creating practical strategies to move into action.
I’m a perfectionist and constantly hard on myself. Can coaching help?

What happens in the first session?
We begin by exploring your goals, challenges, and what you would like support with. Together we identify priorities and create a plan that feels achievable and aligned for you.
How long are coaching sessions?
Sessions are typically 45 or 60 minutes depending on your needs and coaching package.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals and current challenges. Some people benefit from a few sessions for clarity and momentum, while others prefer ongoing support and accountability.
My most popular package is a 5 session block, which can be used weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Do you offer a free consultation? How can I book?
Yes. I offer a free introductory 30 minute chat so we can explore whether what I offer feels like the right fit for you. Use this link to book an available slot in my diary.
Are coaching sessions confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is an important part of creating a safe and supportive coaching environment.

How much is a session?
- Session prices start from $175 for a 45 minute session with agreed actions
- A 60 minute session with an emailed action and accountability plan starts from $205.
- 5 session blocks are paid in full but save between $50 and $100 on single session prices.
- Corporate rates start at $255 an hour for entry level leadership coaching.
Workshops are always customised and priced depending on the preparation time and delivery method. Travel and general expenses and accommodation are charged separately.

Yes. Flexible payment options may be available depending on the coaching package.
